As part of North Tyneside’s overall vision, the council needed to create an internal campaign to help communicate their organisational direction in a way that helped all staff understand the importance of their individual role in delivering the council’s vision for the region and how this improves the lives of North Tyneside residents.

Our solution was to develop a modular system of illustrated blocks that could be either seen as a whole, or could be broken down into smaller groups and individual pieces. This provided a connected visual system that was used to create an internal campaign across several digital and print channels.
