The Sunderland Heritage Partnership promotes best practice and fosters collaboration among heritage professionals across Sunderland, Washington, and the Coalfields.

In partnership with Sunderland City Council, we began by reviewing findings from comprehensive audience research and testing. These insights helped us identify the most recognisable aspects of Sunderland’s heritage. Guided by this understanding, we developed a bold, modular, and distinctive logo and visual identity system that reflects and celebrates the area's diverse and rich heritage.
