Northumbrian Water approached us to help them develop an engaging, fun and informative awareness campaign that encouraged people to visit their microsite www.nwgourplan.co.uk that sets out the company’s plans and performance .

In response to this challenge we developed a travelling roadshow concept - Splashedy Splash, based on the classic gameshow Blankety Blank. To win a small prize, the public were encouraged to fill in the blanks, which highlighted interesting facts about Northumbrian Water’s operations. Alongside the gameshow format we developed origami animals found in and around the waterways managed by Northumbrian Water that acted as a take-away call-to-action.

The project timescales were short but Twentyseven delivered with speed and efficiency. They developed brilliant delivery concepts and produced a fantastic toolkit that resonated with our customers and really helped us get our message across.
