FAQ

  • How long will my creative development take?

Project times can vary depending on the complexity of the work needed. We can normally design a simple digital output using an existing visual identity in a couple of hours or so, whereas a new brand can take a month or longer depending on the scope of work agreed, number of people involved and the scale of the rollout. We’ll always discuss timescales with you prior to starting work so we can make sure to hit any deadlines you may have.

  • How much will my creatives cost?

We work on a daily studio rate basis, and prepare you a clear and detailed quote based on the complexity of your project and the outputs required. We always itemise out our costings so that you are fully aware of what costs what and everyone is on the same page. We’ll only start work when you’re happy and ready to say ‘go!’.

  • What if I'm not happy with my creatives?

As part of the creative process we keep you in the loop every step of the way. As our creative idea develop we make sure you are happy with the direction things are going through regular communications. Our costs include time to refine the creative development based on your feedback. This process ensures you’re completely satisfied with your final designs, whether it’s a social media post or a full brand refresh.

  • What do you need from me to get started?

We always recommend a kick-off meeting at the start of a project. In this meeting we’ll discuss what outcomes you want from your project and your initial thoughts around creative direction, as well as requesting any project specific assets such as text, existing imagery or accreditation logos. We’ll also chat about timescales, sign off procedures and invoicing schedules so that everyone is clear on what’s happening when. We will share the results of our meeting in the form of a creative brief for you to approve.

  • Can I liaise directly with my designer?

Our team are skilled at managing projects from initial meetings through to creating print or screen ready artwork. By speaking directly to your designer your comments are unfiltered so we can listen and respond to you with clarity and efficiency.

  • Do you offer ongoing creative support?

We aim to work with you, not just for you. Ensuring you’re happy going forward is part of this. Whether it’s liaising with a printer to ensure a good colour match on a piece of artwork, helping with a large scale brand roll-out or training staff on how to use your new brand guidelines. We can offer ongoing support services tailored to match both your needs and your budget.
